Golden Tree Palace is a wonderful structure, with extraordinary views and two splendid terraces, and represents the ideal place to experience Venice in style, in an exceptional location. Available, upon request, exclusively for groups from 5 to 9 people.

Designed by the famous Venetian designer Umberto Branchini, the palace blends Venetian tradition with a unique contemporary elegance. The skillful use of color and precious materials – from marmorino to pastellone, up to the refined marbles of the bathrooms – is at the highest level. Art objects, antique furniture, and carefully selected lamps contribute to creating the rarefied and authentic atmosphere of a true Venetian home.



The shapes of sofas, beds, and armchairs reinterpret the silhouettes of palace facades, iconic patrician shoes from the 16th century, and precious custom-made fabrics, some of which are inspired by the mosaics of St. Mark's Basilica. All in a sober and sophisticated elegance, typically Venetian.

It is composed of spacious and comfortable suites, each equipped with a living area with day beds, master bedroom with private bathroom, guest bathroom, breakfast corner and, in some cases, equipped kitchen or private bar.

Some suites are interconnected, thus allowing you to reserve a selection or the entire structure for an exclusive and personalized stay, perfect for every need.

Every suite is equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV, and high-quality bathroom accessories. In the common areas, there is a spacious reading and relaxation room with 17th-century wooden beams and a large panoramic window: a welcoming environment with comfortable armchairs, design tables, and upholstered seating, ideal for dining, writing, or simply relaxing.

Upon request, it is possible to experience a memorable culinary experience thanks to the large kitchen with a bar overlooking a terrace equipped for outdoor breakfasts, lunches, or dinners.

On the top floor, there is a bar area open to all guests, with a furnished terrace and a spectacular view of the most fascinating stretch of the Grand Canal

In the heart of the San Marco district, Villa V is a high-profile private residence, designed to offer exclusive use, contemporary comfort and full control of space, within an elegant and reserved architectural structure.

The property develops as an independent residential body, served by a private lift, and accommodates up to eight guests through a configuration composed of two suite apartments and two junior suites, designed to ensure privacy, autonomy and high living quality.

The environments reflect a solid and rigorous residential vision: balanced volumes, fluid paths and a distribution of spaces designed to be experienced naturally, without any perception of hotel use.
