Four design residences, two terraces and the Grand Canal: Palazzo dell'Albero d'Oro is a Venetian stay to be shared, with the freedom to find your own spaces. A single booking reserves the Marcello, Artista, Grimani and Vendramin apartments for your group, together with common areas dedicated to guests. Four bedrooms and a total capacity of up to nine people, in the San Polo district. The ninth bed is the sofa bed in the Marcello living room.

Breakfast in company, a day among the streets, an aperitif before dinner: here time spent together finds space without sacrificing independence. Each apartment retains its own identity, with bedroom, bathroom and living spaces. The exclusivity includes the four residences and their respective guest areas within the historic palazzo.
TERRACES AND GRAND CANAL
Two terraces offer outdoor moments, whilst the panoramic terrace on the top floor opens views onto the Grand Canal and Venetian palaces. The view of the canal is a feature of Marcello and the panoramic spaces: Artista, Grimani and Vendramin have different views and a character all their own.
THE PLEASURE OF A VENETIAN HOME
The reading and relaxation room, with seventeenth-century beams and a large panoramic window, welcomes conversations and quiet breaks. The kitchen with bar area and access to the terrace is the meeting point of the stay: spaces designed for gathering, particularly suited to families and groups of friends.

Venetian designer Umberto Branchini has combined marmorino, pastellone and marbles with period furnishings and bespoke fabrics. Materials, light and details give the residences a personal elegance, in dialogue with the architecture of the palazzo overlooking the Grand Canal.
