Casa Luce is an elegant residence located in Venice, designed to accommodate up to 6 guests with comfort and style. This 194 square metre property offers a spacious and bright living space, with an external terrace of 25 square metres that allows you to fully enjoy the Venetian atmosphere.

The apartment has three bedrooms, each equipped with a king-size bed, ensuring quality rest for all guests. The sleeping area is completed by four carefully distributed bathrooms: three with a shower and one with a bathtub, ensuring privacy and comfort for every need.

The independent kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, including a refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, dryer, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and juicer. All necessary kitchen utensils are also available to prepare delicious meals.

The interiors are characterised by air conditioning, electric heating and WiFi connection. Additional comforts include a safe, an iron and a TV system with satellite channels. The highlight of the property is the sauna, perfect for moments of relaxation.
